How to write a script to automatically fill out a Google form? [on hold]

Is it possible to script something that takes data entered into a form on my website, take the values entered into the form, and programmatically enter them into a Google doc that I have an URL for?

So basically take the stored information from the fields on my website and enter them onto fields on another website.
