General Medical Council bulk query

I have a list of General Medical Council reference numbers which I need to find Given Names, Surname and status

There is a public database which can provide the required information but it is incredibly slow to use and I have hundreds of doctors to find.which can be queried as a single number:

Is there an easier way to query the database with the hundreds of GMC numbers I have and extract the required information?
