connect html with Django

I have a fully functioning j query game written with java script,j query and html #css .but now i want to make it multiplayer and host it on a web server so that people on internet can play it. I have an online IDE and i have created a web app installed with python and #Django . As i am new to #Django i don't know how to make a back end with #Django that can manipulate html and through html i can send request to back end script running on #Django server. your help will be highly appreciated.
