Is there a way to get all the data from a query-based database on a website?

Specifically, this website: (http://ift.tt/1Vh1DqR) provides import and export data "one-at-a-time" for each HS code.

In total, there are about 1200 4-digit HS codes. I need the data for all of them, in say an excel file, for the last five years, both import and export. Is there any way for me to do this myself? And in a way that would be quicker than contacting the organization (which would likely take some time)?
