Building a Python Web IDE with debugger+breakpoints/Docker

I have not been able to find a web-based python IDE that satisfy my requirement of having a graphical debugger+breakpoints.

If I were to build one, would anyone have any pointers on how would the web client communicate with the executing python process to step through code?
