Web script for check in Google Play app available for mobile device

I have web site and mobile app as site satellite. When user come to my site using mobile device, I want to show homemade banner for suggest him to install app from google play (I know there is google provides banner for this, but I need my banner). But I can only show banner for all users, whenever device is able to download app from google play.

Can I check device is able to install app from google play before show the banner?
