web hosting behind an ISP network

I want to host Application Server(AS) behind an ISP network,I'm connected to the private network using router i.e. router has a private ip address , and all the outbound data are converted using NAT translation, so the question my router doesn't have a public ip and im behind a ISP private network , how can i make my AS accessible from public network ??
