show website with map with layers from geoserver shown in vb.net

Can anyone help me please, give me ideas or recommendations on what should I do. So here is my dilemma..

I have a website that shows a Map with basemap of openlayers and WMS layer that is serve from geoserver. How can I show this to a VB.net(Windows Application) so that the user can browse the website within the application.
