Returning ResultSet through webService

i created a class with methods and created another class with the web services for each method.

When i try to code the web service to return a result set, the following error occurs

The module has not been deployed. See the server log for details. BUILD FAILED (total time: 2 seconds)

How do i pass a resultset which contains data from my database, to another project through a webservice ( WSDL Link )
