Looking for a J2EE / JavaScript / .NET mock web apps for interviews

I am interviewing developers for my organization. Most of the candidates claim to know J2EE, so I would like to perform a technical interview. The ideal situation would be to have an already deployed web app and ask the candidates to investigate/perform a minor change, so I could see how do they face problems.

For that, I would like to have a mock web app. Something like telescope ( http://ift.tt/1jwfh8V ) but written in Java, so I could easily download and deploy it in a tomcat server.

Do you guys know any mock web app like that? Apps written in other stacks like .NET or HTML/JS + frameworks could do the trick as well.
