"Contact Form 7" wordpress plugin - send field to Parse?

I'm working on a simple Wordpress form (website associated with an iOS app) that will send the contents of the email address field to Parse. I'm able to use Parse's test code to send a test object, but I have no idea where to put the script that will get the code and send it to Parse.

I typically add my function call in the "additional settings" with "on_sent_ok:", but it fails if the code is any more than one line.

How do I get the contents of that field in code? (New to Wordpress)
