Communicating with bluetooth device from website

I need to communicate from a web, with a device via Bluetooth

The language of communication can handle are: - Client: HTML (xHTML, HTML5), Javascript - Server: PHP

Is it possible with any of the above technologies to communicate and send information to a Bluetooth device known?

Any other way with some simple application bridge?
