Adding Flint.gs to a web project via Bower

I am starting a web project with Flint and Bower, according to Bowers docs, you can include your bower packages like this,

<script src="bower_components/jquery/dist/jquery.min.js"></script>

After running the CMD command on my mac terminal, I have a bower_components file in my web root, what file should I include? I have read the docs for Flint, nothing of any use there regarding what file to include.
