Soundcloud tracks api "types" filter is not working with "q" filter

I am using soundcloud API for getting tracks. I applied two filters "q" and "types" but it's only applying "q" filter.

It returns correct results if I only apply "q" filter http://ift.tt/1GOADqy

It also returns correct results if i only apply "types" filter http://ift.tt/1a9lwes

But if I apply both "q" and "types" filters then it only returns results matching "q" filter http://ift.tt/1a9lxyY

Secondly I want only downloadable tracks.

I tried downloadable=true parameter in URL but it still includes non-downloadable tracks in response.
