Scaffolding tool for the website with frontend and rest-api

I need some tool to create a website and then deploy it to Google Cloud (or maybe any other cloud platform)

What I want from this site:

• multiuser (facebook and vk login)
• admin panel
• rest api (no need authorization)

I was looking at jhipster, but it creates a monster project. (And it can not configure it to connect to google cloud)

would be nice if it would be Java. or Scala... or phyton.
