Remote control a Windows Form C# program [on hold]

I am building a basic program to take pictures from my own webcam on laptop. But now i want to add remote control function with a website to program that is i access to my website anywhere and give the program a task to take a picture with webcam on my laptop then save it to hard disk. Someone help me figure out the way (or something like what i need to read) to solve this problem. Thanks!
