I want to write an application which have to be extended with plugins by the user. I usually use C/C++ and just have the basics of the basics for web app programming (a little bit HTML, some PHP and minimal JS).
With Qt I just could provide a pluginsystem for Qt-style plugins. But can I achieve this on a webapp without securityproblems? Because the user has to add the plugins on his own.
So, webapp or client with dedecated server?
