hi, please i need help in my project,

i want to create an option to users then the system will read this file and show result according to common word for example

(if he type web creating , for web hosting , web service is very useful )

the system will tell him your topic is for web the best choice is mr:-mike for web, or Mr: ..... , and so on ???

can create such of this system wit php ?? any one know how please i need your help guys ?
