my graduation project require reservation and announcement function! can you help me plz?

in my graduation project im required to program a web-based system for a hotel using php im a beginner in php i tried to look for lessons to program those functions but i couldn't.

reservation: such as in booking.com you put the date "from - to" and how many persons and the required room then the system searches and gives you the result and you book the reservation.

announcement: it allows the admin send a message to all the members and let the members reply to the message "only admin to members"

but unfortunately i didn't know how to do it bcuz im a beginner in php and the deadline in 3 weeks :(

can you help me with the proper resource or a code which is i can modify it to meet my requirements plz?
