link web not working at facebook

Please help problem of me. i have 2 url of website http://ift.tt/1yqdDx2 and http://ift.tt/1aqdNZw But i post link to facebook for SEO when someone not working (don't show description and title,image...). I don't know where wrong. Please help me fix them. Thanks you so much.
