It's 2015 and you're building a web CRUD app from scratch. What framework do you use?

I built a sample web application a while ago, using plain old HTML/JavaScript, and PHP + MySQL (LAMP) for the backend. A lot has changed in web technologies it looks like.

Either myself, or somebody I will hire, will have to rebuild a CRUD web app in the time span of 30 days. What framework is worth learning for this task?

I can edit the question with more specific requirements. For now, the requirements are:

• Login system, with 3+ different types of users (each of which have different user experiences)


• Data entry and storage; users enter fields into a form (numbers, text) and these persist on a server


• Basic file uploads; pdf files, word docs, and such


• "Mobile-friendly" website: dynamic resizing for mobile windows, etc

To be clear, I know nothing of modern web frameworks. Thank you for any help.
