How to open loading popup till web page load completely

I have been go through many sites but can't find proper solution.
Actually i have lots of data driven dropdowns in my form. It takes around 5-10 sec for page to load completely.

I want to give user popup of loading page and when it loads completely popup should close automatically.

Please help.
