How to display data in jq grid in popup window from web api controller

I need to display jq grid in popup window on selecting row of another jq grid. I am able to display the grid headers but not able to bind data.The datas are coming from web api controller.I am new to jq grid.It is very urgent.Kindly suggest.Thanks !!
