How add mouse/cursor to QML app for non-touch phone?

It have element "Rectangle" where set URL. : ... property string urlString: http:// anssiko. github. com/ ... Tell, how add cursor that will be move by joystik (<,^,v,>) and can click on links by click on center of joystik?
