Gitlab System or Project Hook for transfering project

I'm trying to get a web hook that sends out a PUSH event when a project is transferred.

Originally I thought that it would trigger a system web hook (project_destroy and project_create) but nope, it's not actual project creation or destruction.

It looks like it doesn't even make an event in the "projects/728/events" endpoint.
