Get nice URL through RewriteRule

I'm new to RewriteRules, but I try to get nice URLs of my service.

So i have a PHP page with attributes: index.php?data=json&ig=player&info=name

And now i want to get this page through this URL: player/json/name

I had read many articles about it, but I don't understand it, can somebody help me, please?
