ASP.net Accounting system to use in an existing ERP

I need to create an accounting system inside an existed web based ERP that my company has created with ASP.net. For some reasons we cant afford to create the accounting system from scratch so we are looking for an accounting engine or an open source accounting system with an appropriate license, Multi lingual and uses ASP.net so we can use in our ERP ..any suggestions ?
