Subscription in WooCommerce for variable products

I am about to upgrade a WooCommerce webshop with subscription option. The webshop contains a lot of variable products already. My problem is that I cannot find any plugins for free or at least for cheap price which can manage subscriptions not only for simple products, but for variable products, as well.
