Module not found - Can't resolve 'cldr' issue

I am currently encountering a problem with a react-native application that I would like to adapt to the web.

To do so, I am already trying to emulate a server and launch the application via expo-cli but a problem persists despite all my attempts. I have the famous error Module not found: Can't resolve 'cldr'

I tried everything that is said on the net by installing webpack-globalize-plugin, react-webpack-globalize etc. Nothing works.
