Add slider to home page of Laravel site

Good afternoon everyone there is such a problem with the laravel website when I want to change the main photo of the site through the admin panel (I add new slides), they are not shown, more precisely there is a slider, but the added photos are not displayed Website - Used Home appliances

After that, I tried to remove these pictures from the code, but they remained in the admin panel. I delete from the admin panel, they are not deleted, it gives an error (here is a link to errors)

I deleted these pictures only from the database. cheers it turned out !! )

But I want to understand how to fix this error. or is there another way to add slides to the website I would be grateful if you can help Thank you in advance
