What is the technical stack you would choose for a website with cms part, newsletter and a chat?

I'm working on the architecture of a project. A classic website that should present informations but also the customer should be able to add content (CMS part). They ask also to incorporate a newsletter inside and a chat (between the owner and visitor). It's a bit more complex than a simple website but I'm sure a lot of people work on this kind of projet. Unfortunately the solutions I found look not very professionnal or clean.

So my question is : What is the most clean technical stack for this kind of project for you ?
