Screenshot a website without the help of any API

I am trying to build a website that shows the most trendy tweets. How can I do without the help of any API? (I used many APIs before but it does not have the filter and it mostly shows untrendy tweets).I can snap the screenshot of the trendy tweets manually but is there any way that I automate it.
