How to have an angular application with i18n with one langage by compilation?

I'm looking for a way to have an angular application with i18n, but I don't need to translaste in dynamique mode. For exemple :

When I go on the website :

• myapp.fr => this app is only FR with specific backend
• myapp.de => this app is only DE with specific backend
• myapp.es => this app is only DE with specific backend
• ...

(Like amazon they have 1 website by country)

Is there a plugin to do this with angular, or do I have to develop it myself ?
