Aws Image rekognition that Detecting inappropriate images with node js

Iam beginner at using aws .. I tried to just use detecting objects using aws image rekognition and it worked successfully, but I was trying to detect in appropriate images like : enter image description here

But I am writing node.js in my app, so cant see an example for node.js here enter image description here

Is this function is not in node.js ?
