What is the best solution to manage different languages in a static webpage

I'm working in a static webpage that will include explanations (mainly text) for an app, as this page is static and does not need any kind of special functionality, I am developing it with bootstrap. This webpage will be in different languages, So here comes my problem, what is the best solution to manage different strings in the page so I don't need to have the page duplicated multiple times for the different languages and when I want to change something in the HTML I don't need to change all the different pages.
