Tool for analyzing website page responses [closed]

Is there any offline, open source or free website analyzer? What I would like:

• I enter homepage url, and the tool crowls all links of the site
• The tool tries to request all extracted urls for defined times (3x for example)
• At the end the tool reports tested pages, response times and response sizes
• It is possible to do all the steps on localhost, or in the private area

Do you now any tool like that, please?
