Scraping data from Web to Excel file

I've been trying for quite some time to somehow automatize updating of certain sheets that I take care off.

First I tried to use Excel's built in data pick tool "Data->From Web" tab, but to no success (it just doesn't recognize table I use on web). Next, I tried to use various Browser add on tools to scrape data to xml, but for some reason it also does not recognize needed table.

I suppose there's something peculiar with this site that disables it from being recognized by common tools I, as a non-technical, can use.

Numbers that are needed are in the third column and can be seen by human eye without a problem (I think), but machines seem to just skip it.

What can I do and is there any help with automating this ?
