How to pass MOBILE core web vitals?

However , according to Google WMT - 0% of Mobile URLs are "GOOD". Obviously there is a huge discrepancy between the PSI scores and the crUX data but no metrics are given about crUX data so it's hard very hard to pass core web vitals despite Google trying to make it easy.

For the above test , all URLs have similar results - but 0 are "good" - so we are trying to get 100% in MOBILE PSI result and hopefully it'll pass core web vitals for JUNE.

How exactly can this be done?
