How to get the API of a particular public website [closed]

can someone enlighten me, is it possible to know the direct API link, as well as the parameters needed for that API of a public website?

I am trying to get the API of this website "https://ift.tt/2RPA8vn" and specifically retrieve for single currency pair, but I was not able to see the API in the XHR of Google Chrome no matter how hard I tried.
