How can i do Face recognition with PHP & SQL ( Search by Picture )?

Hello Every body i'm make a study project and i need to create function "Search by Picture" with Person Face search.

How can i do Face recognition with php and made search by picture with already uploaded in PHP & mySQL

i have found face-api-js but i'm not understood.
