Guys I wish to create a pre-owned goods e-commerce as a personal project

But the thing is that I am quite new to programming, and I have been taught HTML, CSS , JavaScript, PHP, SQL as a part of my coursework. When I discussed with my professor he said rather than languages prefer frameworks. Can you tell me which stack should I prefer learning MERN or LAMP(Laravel). Which is easier for beginners. And can you suggest resources as well. I have google searched myself but got more confused. Please tell me your personal preferences and observations. THANKS:)
