from where to start creating a website that's similar to fatmap that uses maps [closed]

I want to create a web app similar to flatmap for hiking and i want to know from where to start learning maps things

I have no idea from where to start, itried to search from here and there and nothing shows up the app will calculate how far from danger zones and how far from water resources

please help me
