Dynamic web project using eclipse [closed]

I'm trying to build a servlet application using eclipse IDE, first the the Tomcat wasn't installed in my software so I installed Tomcat 7.0 and still i got issues.

1.The web app lib folder is missing in my panel
2.I cannot start the server 7.0 it says, "The Tomcat server configuration at \Servers\Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost-config is missing. Check the server for errors."

Can someone guide me, I'm expecting for a clear guide.
