Copy Joomla Website without access to Cpanel

im faced with a challenge where my Joomla site got transfered to another domain(i know the domain) but would like to copy the same site back to a new Domain. Im lacking credentials of the site to which the site was stolen to. i have tried using httrack software but doesnt work. How could be the solution here?
