web: Website created via Wordpress is still offline

I created yesterday a website. Bought a domain name(Romarg to buy a .ro domain name) and a host (hostgator.com) from different places. Usually it takes a couple of hours for my website to be created. It's been 12 hours since then and the website it's still off.

Any ideas? Should I wait longer?
