Making my locally hosted website accessible from the internet

Quick disclaimer: I know home/selfhosted servers are not a smart move

So far i have a website running on the server, and i can connect to it with its local ip (192.168.0.223), when on the same network. I have tried openening port 80 with 192.168.0.223 being the internal ip. When i now go to a open port checker and scan open ports on my external ip adress (5.186.121.33) it shows up as closed. Any help is more than appreciated sincei have been going on this for 6 hours straight now :)
