How do I not get .ngrok.io extension?

I want to host my website using ngrok but if I buy a custom domain example then I get the URL like https://www.example.ngrok.io/, I want people to access it with -> https://www.example.com/ and not with the URL extension of .ngrok.io.
Is it possible? How?
