Are images that I add in html from my computer visible to users? [closed]

If I add an image into my html code from my computer (not web) and launch the website, will the users who visit it be able to see the image? If yes, then will they be able to see it after I delete the images from my computer?

I'm an absolute beginner in web development so this question might sound dumb
