Open random websites from an array of websites in a .bat file

I plan on having a bat file which opens different random websites whenever it is launched. I have the following already:

@echo off
set list[1]=www.google.com
set list[2]=www.bing.com
set list[3]=www.duckduckgo.com

set /a num=%random% %%3
set x=%num%
call echo %%list[%x%]%%
start chrome "I WANT THE WEBSITE IN HERE"

I just can't manage to get the randomly chosen website in there so that it opens. Any ideas?
