Is it possible to create a ecommerce website with custom logic using wordpress?

I'm completely new to web development. I'm planning to develop a ecommerce website. I would like to develop it using Wordpress as it would be easier for me to develop. I have some clue that I can use Woocommerce for building ecommerce website. I would like to know if I can add custom logic to the site built using Woocommerce.

I would like to add reward system where user gets some points when she/he purchases something from my site and also provide sign on points, option to redeem points and purchase product using those points and cash. Is this possible using Woocommerce? If this is not possible is there any other technology or technology stack that you can suggest for faster development and efficient site. Your answer is highly appreciated. Thanks.
